Troli provides an AI-powered customer service automation platform integrated with third-party messaging services, primarily the Meta WhatsApp Business API.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Republic of Seychelles and the policies of Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. WhatsApp Business API Usage

Users of our WhatsApp integration must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Any violation of Meta's terms may lead to immediate termination of your access to Troli.

5. Limitation of Liability

Troli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party integrations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
