Wigo is a technology platform that connects riders and drivers travelling in the same direction through WhatsApp and related services.
By accessing or using Wigo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Wigo refers to the Wigo platform, website, WhatsApp services, and related systems.
Rider refers to a user requesting transportation through Wigo.
Driver refers to a user offering available seats in a vehicle through Wigo.
User refers to any person using the Service.
To use Wigo, you must:

Wigo does not own, operate, or control vehicles.
Wigo does not employ drivers.
Wigo facilitates connections between independent users.
Drivers remain solely responsible for operating their vehicles safely and legally.

Wigo may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Users may be required to provide:
Providing false documentation may result in permanent account suspension.
Wigo uses approved third-party payment providers.
Payments may be processed through:
Users authorize Wigo to collect applicable ride fees through approved payment channels.
Platform fees may apply and are displayed before payment confirmation.
Drivers earn compensation based on fares calculated by the Wigo platform.
Fare calculations are determined solely by Wigo and may change from time to time.
Drivers may not independently alter fares through the platform.
Driver payouts are processed weekly according to Wigo's published payout schedule.

Drivers must not consume alcohol or prohibited substances while providing transportation.
Wigo may allow riders and drivers to rate each other.
Repeated reports of unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Users may report incidents through Wigo support channels.
Wigo reserves the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.
Wigo does not guarantee:
Service availability may vary by location, time, and demand.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Users participate in rides at their own risk.
Wigo may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Suspension decisions are made at Wigo's sole discretion.
